BrassNox Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges Policy

1. Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, as long as the item is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. Returns will be issued as refunds to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.

• Condition for Return: Products must be unused and in the same condition as received, including all packaging, parts, and accessories.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
• Refund Process: Once the item is returned and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Please note: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Cancellations
